Originating out of French and Spanish heritage, our version follows closely to the tradition of incorporating tomato, onion, celery and bell pepper, and uses cayenne based seasoning. Served with rice and a sweet biscuit.

Gumbo Gumbo Ya-Ya

Everyone speaking at once to create a new sonnet that is nearly impossible to fully understand. Its a mash-up of overlapping cultures. Thats our gumbo Yaya. Served with rice and a black pecan muffin (crumble it into your gumbo, trust us!).

Crawfish Etouffee

Our Etouffee may not be as original as Mrs. Heberts, but it follows the same spirit. Simmering the crawfish tails in a blonde roux and our own blend of seasonings. Served with rice and garlic toast.
